Cashmere and Coconuts, the assumed name of James Berreth Hand Dyed Yarn, offers hand-dyed yarn and custom orders through this website. By placing an order, you agree to review the product information and the policies posted on this site.

Orders are processed in the order received. Processing time is currently 3–4 weeks for most orders. A processing timeframe will be provided for custom orders when the order is placed.

We ship domestic orders through USPS. Most orders are sent First Class and are typically received within 7–10 business days from the date shipped. Larger orders may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS, depending on order size.

Our refund, cancellation, return, and exchange rules are described in the posted Refund/Return Policy. That policy includes a two-hour cancellation window for accidental orders, prior approval requirements, and the stated restocking-fee rules. Please review it before placing an order.

We accept debit and credit cards and Sezzle. We do not accept cash or checks.
